Mental Health and Suicide Prevention

In 2021 I lost two friends who I'd known most of my life to suicide.  When people you know or are close to you pass in this way as you grieve you think, what could I have done? Were there any warning signs? What if they would've reached out? Could I have made a difference? So many questions have run through my mind and this is the only answer I've come up with. To use my platform for raising awareness and organizing resources to help the people we care about. Below are resources that can help you or someone you know dealing with an immediate mental health crisis or in search of mental health services. These numbers and links are 100% FREE and available almost 24/7.

- In loving memory of Joseph Pittman and Colin Billups.
